Beer / Cider	We pay for the beer/cider, BTW. At least two offerings are required and we ask that our brewery/cidery vendors plan to bring and pour four (4) 1/6 bbls (or equivalent).

Acknowledgements	Please read and acknowledge your understanding and/or intention to comply with each of the following by affixing your signature where indicated:
Use of Tap Trailers and Tap Trucks/Vehicles Prohibited	Brewery/Cidery vendors shall not rely upon the use of tap trailers or tap trucks/vehicles for pouring due to insufficient space within the festival layout. Brewery/Cidery vendors shall be prepared to provide all necessary draft equipment or plan to pour from cans.
Items and Equipment Provided by the Organizer	The Lititz Craft Beer Fest will provide the following: A 10'x10' space, ice, a 6’ table, and (2) two folding chairs.
Items and Equipment NOT Provided by the Organizer	The Lititz Craft Beer Fest DOES NOT provide any of the following: Tents, keg tubs, draft equipment (including CO2), or access to electricity.
Brewery/Cidery Vendor Credentials	In order to obtain brewery/cidery vendor credentials for admittance into the festival area, personnel must pre-register by name and show valid ID when checking-in on the day of the event. Personnel who are not pre-registered or who do not have Valid ID will not be admitted.
Liability Waiver, Release, Covenant Not To Sue and Hold Harmless Agreement	The Brewery, Cidery, and/or Wholesale Distributor named on this Registration Form willingly and knowingly agrees to release and further to make no claim against, nor sue, the Lititz Ambucs, the Warwick Community Ambulance Association, TAIT Towers Manufacturing LLC, Redcay Industrial Development V, LLC, together with their respective officers, directors, members, volunteers, sponsors or employees, together with their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, for any or all claims, causes of action, liability, loss, damage, theft of property, death, or any injury which may be incident to, arise from, or be in any way connected with the Lititz Craft Beer Fest. They further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Lititz Ambucs, Warwick Community Ambulance Association, TAIT Towers Manufacturing LLC, and Redcay Industrial Development V, LLC from and against all such claims. This agreement extends to the brewery, cidery, and/or wholesale distributor, together with their employees, guests, invitees or volunteers, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
Certification of Authority and Compliance with Pennsylvania Law	The Brewery, Cidery, and/or Wholesale Distributor certify, represent and warrant to the Lititz Ambucs, the Warwick Community Ambulance Association, TAIT Towers Manufacturing LLC, and Redcay Industrial Development V, LLC that it/they have full legal power and authority under Pennsylvania law to participate in the Lititz Craft Beer Fest, and that it/they will act at all times in full compliance with applicable Pennsylvania laws.
