Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to and attending the Lititz Craft Beer Fest (LCBF) the attendee agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All sales are final and there will be no refunds.
  2. The event will be held rain or shine.
  3. All attendees must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the day of the event in order to consume beer and/or other alcoholic beverages.
  4. In order to gain admission to the LCBF and consume beer/cider/craft cocktails, the attendee must have a valid admission ticket issued by LCBF through its ticketing service, and provide a valid photo identification, such as a driver’s license, as proof of age at the time of admission.
  5. The hours of the event session are as set forth on the admission ticket, and no beer/cider/craft cocktails may be consumed before or after the session for which the attendee has been ticketed. In addition, attendee agrees to vacate the designated event venue within thirty (30) minutes of the end of the session for which the attendee is ticketed.
  6. The 2024 Lititz Craft Beer Fest will be held outdoors on the property of TAIT, 401 West Lincoln Avenue, Lititz, Pennsylvania. Attendee agrees to stay within the fence perimeter established by LCBF for the event. Attendee shall not enter any building located on the property of TAIT, nor trespass on any of the outdoor property of TAIT not within the event perimeter.
  7. No parking is permitted in the Kenvue (formerly known as Johnson & Johnson) parking lot located at 400 West Lincoln Avenue, Lititz, Pennsylvania.
  8. No children under the age of twenty-one (21) will be admitted with attendee.
  9. No pets, except registered service animals may enter the event premises.
  10. In accordance with the TAIT rules associated with its property, no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes or similar use of smoking products is permitted within the event premises.
  11. No firearms, knives or weapons of any type will be admitted with attendee, even if legal and attendee is licensed to carry such weapons.
  12. The attendee may be refused entrance to the event, and may be ordered to leave the event venue, if it is believed, in the sole discretion of the LCBF, that the attendee is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
  13. The attendee will be evicted from the event if attendee becomes intoxicated or exhibits unruly or disruptive behavior that LCBF, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for the event.
  14. No alcohol may be brought into the event by attendee, nor may attendee consume beer, cider, or craft cocktails from any container except the tasting glass issued to attendee upon admission.
  15. No marketing materials for any product, service or event may be distributed by attendee.
  16. Attendee must wear and display the wristband, or other admission identifier, issued by LCBF and use the commemorative sampling glass issued by LCBF in order to be served beer, cider, and/or craft cocktails.
  17. Attendee agrees to have any bags or packages be subject to search by LCBF before entering the event.
  18. Attendee agrees that LCBF may photograph or video attendees at the LCBF and use those images on its website or for promotional purposes.
  19. Attendee agrees to act in full compliance with Pennsylvania laws and Lititz Borough ordinances at all times during the event.
  20. Attendee will not bring to the venue or operate any drone, helicopter, balloon or similar airborne device.
  21. Attendee agrees that any violations of these Terms and Conditions will result in attendee being evicted from the event without any refund.
  22. WAIVER AND RELEASE – By purchasing a ticket for, and by attending the LCBF attendee fully understands, agrees and accepts sole responsibility for attendees’ actions, both during and after the event. Attendee hereby releases, waives, discharges and holds harmless all persons involved with or associated with the LCBF, including, but not limited to the Warwick Community Ambulance Association, the Lititz Ambucs, the Borough of Lititz, TAIT, Redcay Industrial Development V, LLC together with all event organizers, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, agents, servants, or employees of the above from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by attendee while participating in the LCBF, or while traveling to or from the event. Attendee is fully aware of any risks and hazards connected with participation in the LCBF and agrees to voluntarily participate in the event and assume any risk associated thereto, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or property damage resulting from attendance at the LCBF.
