Breweries must provide a $1,000,000.00 certificate of insurance in order to participate. The “Lititz Craft Beer Fest” (P.O. Box 141, Lititz, PA 17543) shall be named as the certificate holder, and the Warwick Community Ambulance Association, Lititz AMBUCS, TAIT Towers Manufacturing LLC, and Redcay Industrial Development V, LLC are to be named as additional insureds using the addresses appearing below.
